Value as you go.
A flat fee, something useful every two weeks, and a decision point at the end of any two weeks: keep going, redirect, or stop.
Something useful every two weeks
We charge a flat fee to be embedded in your business. It is low by consulting standards. There is no project bid and no six-month statement of work.
We deliver something useful every two weeks. Small, low-risk changes go out the same day, because the pipeline already exists.
Useful does not always mean code in production. It can be a short memo naming three tools worth trying, why each one, and what to do next. For an executive AI practice, that is often worth more than a shipped feature.
We do not take large waterfall projects. If a client insists on one, we decline. A narrow thing running in production tells you more than a wide plan still in slides. Long discovery phases mostly protect the consultant.
At the end of any two weeks you can see what you got and stop.
Terms you can hold us to
We work inside your systems, under your NDA and your infosec requirements. Your data does not leave your perimeter and is not used to train anyone's model. We can serve two competitors without either one learning anything about the other.
The governance fence goes up first, then your people work inside it: a human in the loop, a manual fallback, an audit trail on everything we build, and policies your compliance officer can sign. That protects your employees, your firm, and your clients.
Stop any time and take a full refund, no questions asked. There is no minimum, no lock-in, and no license or seat fee sitting underneath the work.
Nobody pays us to recommend anything. No referral fees, no commissions, no reseller margins, and no partnership with any AI lab, cloud provider, or software vendor. Client fees are our only revenue. We will tell you when the answer is a simpler tool, or no AI at all.
We use generative AI to run our own practice. That keeps our costs low and our fees within reach of a small firm.
Built for firms where trust is the business
Seven years front office at Citi Global Securitized Markets, building the real-time pricing, risk and P&L system behind an $85 billion book across 13 desks. Nobody has to explain to us how a desk works, what a pool is, or why the P&L moved.
We have shipped software that real money depended on under OCC supervision. We build to the frameworks your examiners use: SR 11-7, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, the EU AI Act. The audit trail exists before anyone asks for it.
Asset managers, RIAs, broker-dealers, insurers. Everything we design assumes one bad outcome touching client data is unacceptable regardless of fault.
We work on your actual material: your data, your workflows, your regulatory reality. Never a canned deck or someone else's demo. You set the dials on pace, depth, involvement and who does the building, and you can move them mid-engagement.
Between us we have held every seat this work requires: product, program, AI architecture, engineering, data, and GRC. You get diagnosis, build, and governance in one relationship, with no handoffs. What gets lost between specialists at a big firm is usually the part you were paying for.
The first two weeks cost very little
Start small, see what you got, and decide. The answer can be that you do not need anything yet.
