Applied Agents

Three ways to start.

You get a person to call when something AI-related lands on your desk and you want it handled this week. A vendor contract to read. A claim to check. A board question to answer. A workflow that eats a day every month.

Every engagement is fixed in size and price. Nothing turns into a six-month programme.

01 / Office hour

A standing hour, open to anyone at the firm

60 minutes · weekly or fortnightly

A recurring open hour, first come, first served. Anyone at the firm can bring a question, a stuck workflow, or a tool they are unsure about.

It is the cheapest way to put an AI practitioner in reach of your staff. Bought by an operations lead on behalf of the firm.

02 / Working session

Two hours on one problem

2 hours · fixed price

You book a slot, tell us what happened and what you have tried, and we spend two hours on it together. Most first sessions run on screen share and conversation only, so nothing leaves your systems and an NDA is the only paperwork.

Every session ends with something written down: a one-page memo, a working prompt with notes, a script, a checklist, or a straight answer, including that you do not need anything here.

If the problem is bigger than two hours, we say so before we start.

03 / Build

A working thing in two days

8–16 hours · fixed price

A short build that produces a working artifact: an automation, an integration, a tool for a workflow that eats a day every month. Some working sessions turn into one.

Nothing we ship touches trade execution or payments, and nothing goes to production without your review.

04 / Embedded

The journey to an AI-driven leader

For executives who want the capability, not a briefing. A flat monthly fee, low by consulting standards. No project bid, no six-month statement of work. Four steps.

01
Discover

We assess your priorities, constraints, current capability, and the outcomes this must move. We align on what the journey is accountable for before we design a single session.

02
Build

A journey shaped by what discovery surfaced. It anchors to a real problem from your own P&L and runs at the pace of your calendar, not a curriculum. Hands-on labs in your own workflows, teaching where the concepts carry decisions, and coaching between sessions. You finish with a decision made differently, a workflow rebuilt, and the judgment to keep going without us.

03
Scale through your team

What you learned becomes how your organization operates. Workflows redesigned rather than decorated, enablement for the roles AI changes most, a small group of multipliers, and the operating changes that make adoption hold. You stop being the person who understands AI and become the person whose organization does.

04
Mastery

Not more tools. Better judgment. The depth to evaluate claims no one around you can evaluate, to make architecture, build-versus-buy and risk calls, and to hold your own with the researchers, regulators and vendors who hold the information advantage.
